Tim, Matt, and Ernest sit down to talk about the state of the Inside BJJ Podcast. The guys air their grievances and clear the air with each other. The guys then join Mark "Westside" Johnson to talk about Mark's unique experience starting a high school based Jiu-Jitsu outreach club that later morphed into a Jiu-Jitsu school. Mark talks about how he got started in Jiu-Jitsu, what it's like writing multiple books about Jiu-Jitsu and all of the crazy things that go along with it. Mark gives an honest perspective on the nuances in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, the virtues of tapping or not, farting on your opponents, and the ill fated Jiu-Jitsu pants stain.

Later, the guys do a round of Black and White Jiu-Jitsu Advice.
