Tim starts the show off talking about passing a cold to Ernest,
his Dad starting Crossfit, the hassle of registering with the
IBJJF, and his kids fighting for the "best" seat in the car. Ernest
joins in late and the guys talk about the upcoming U.S. Open
tournament, Matt's week off of training due to work, and Ernest's
love for kids who destroy the gym.
Later, the guys call Crosley Gracie to talk about tournament
preparation, loyalty in Jiu-Jitsu, and the importance of the team.
Crosley goes on to talk about his early Jiu-Jitsu influences in and
out of the family, how his Jiu-Jitsu has changed over the years,
and his influences today. The guys ask Crosley about the importance
of women learning self-defense, Royce's recent comments about the
Gracie family's lack of recent success in MMA, and Crosley's MMA
career.
