The guys call Tanner Rice to talk about his background learning Jiu-Jitsu from his father in Redding, CA, earning his black belt from Cobrinha, and training with his brothers full time. Ernest blows up the rumor segment with the biggest bombshell of a rumor question ever asked.

Tim and Francisco start off the show talking about the supposed "freeze out" of co-host Ernest Mello. Tim explains that Ernest is not frozen out of the show and has been absent due to scheduling conflicts. Tim calls out bad behavior on display in the Jiu-Jitsu crowd specifically from opposing schools, instructors, and competitors. The guys talk about the postponement of Metamoris 3 and why the Jiu-Jitsu community is partly to blame. Tim talks about the Tim Sledd's Leg Drag DVD workshop and announces a new Meme contest.
